About Me
My name is Daniel Godin. I live in Ottawa, Ontario - my nations Capital.
I’m a web designer, amateur photographer, aspiring mountaineer, and many other things.
I have created this site to help me document my personal quest to climb the seven tallest summits in the world as well as to try and add a little more adventure to my (and your) every day life.
Why should you care?
Well, to start off with I think it’s going to be a pretty interesting ride!
Watching someone go from being plain as a paper bag to being someone that people see and say “Wow, that guy is crazy!”
I’m just an ordinary guy with plans to do extra-ordinary things
Some people think that “normal” folk can’t do certain things - like climb tall mountains. I don’t want to be one of those people. I don’t want to be the person who spends their whole life bogged down with the “every day” stuff preparing for that grand “something” in a far off future. I’d like to live my life now.
So, I hope you will join me on this journey. You may find it infinitely interesting - or - at the very least you should be able to get a few good laughs reading about some of my missadventures.
