Please forgive the "default" theme. I'm currently in the process of giving the site an overdue redesign. The new look should be ready soon.

I’ve been blogged!

Tuesday, November 28th, 2006

Alright, it’s official. DanielGodin.com has made it to the big times!

Checking one of my new favorite sites today (The Adventure Blog) I noticed a post about “Blogging the Seven Summits.”

I said to myself “That’s weird? That’s exactly what I’m doing. Someone stole my idea!” (Yes, it was still early and I wasn’t exactly at my best yet.)

This is the first time I’ve been blogged about!

This is, I believe, the first time that I’ve been blogged about, and I’m pretty happy about it. I’d say making my first public appearance on a great site like The Adventure Blog is a pretty good way to start things off.

So, to The Adventure Blog, thanks for the posting and I look forward to reading many more great entries on your site as well.

Update: Seven Summits Page

Sunday, November 26th, 2006

EverestI’ve just added the Seven Summits page to the Adventures section.

I’ve included “the list” with all the important details attached.

I also thought it would be nice to have some photos for you, so I picked a few and threw them up.

Enjoy.

Outdoorzy is a site dedicated to anyone who loves to do anything outdoors. The tag line reads: “If you’ve ever been called ‘Outdoorzy,’ welcome home.”

It’s a place that you can use as your ‘home base’ for any and all of your outdoor adventures. (more…)
